You will receive an order dispatch email once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder in case it lands there. If you don’t receive an email, do contact us at hello@fossachocolate.com with your order confirmation number.
For orders within Singapore, we partner with a trusted courier who ensures that products remain cool throughout transit. Deliveries are available every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with delivery timings scheduled by the courier.
FOR DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

To make sure your order gets delivered to you timely, kindly note the cut-off times below to place your orders. Applicable only for Standard Local Delivery.
Wednesday delivery - Order by Monday, 8pm.
Friday delivery - Order by Wednesday, 8pm.
Saturday delivery - Order by Thursday, 8pm.

Enjoy free shipping on all website orders above $80. Exclusion of delivery locations to Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island and Changi Airport.
With free deliveries, we endeavour to deliver the parcel on your selected day. However, this will not be guaranteed as it depends on the delivery routes, weather and traffic conditions. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances, your delivery may be delayed till the next working day.
*Charges:
For orders $80 and below, shipping will be a flat rate delivery fee of S$16.35 per delivery location.
For delivery locations to Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island and Changi Airport, a fee of $16.35 applies.
Do ensure that there is someone present during the delivery. Additional charges will apply for unsuccessful deliveries and subsequent redelivery attempts.

If you require your order urgently or outside of our standard delivery window, you may opt for an Express Delivery. Kindly ensure there is a minimum of a 5-hour delivery window for us to be able to process your request.
Delivery requirements of less than 5 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team and you will be promptly informed if we are able to accommodate to your delivery needs.
*Charges
For urgent same day/next day delivery, a fee of $27 applies.
For specific day delivery that does not fall on our delivery days, a fee of $27 applies.

SELF COLLECTION
Kindly note, self collection is only available for Singapore orders.
If you prefer to collect your order in person, simply opt for self-collection upon checkout and let us know of your collection plans.
This option is strictly via appointment only. If there are sudden changes to your schedule and no prior appointment was made, kindly inform us promptly via your order email or directly message us on Instagram. We will explore the best possible options to ensure your order gets to you on time.

Our factory is located at 30 Gambas Crescent, Nordcom II, Level 3 (S757013)
We are located at the back of the main building. Look out for the Agape Laundry or Smart City Kitchen signboards. If you are driving, please avoid driving up the ramp to level 3. Once you arrive at level 3, turn right. Our unit is beside/across Smart City Kitchen, not inside.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For orders outside of Singapore, we ship to most countries via DHL.
Shipping expenses and delivery times will be determined upon checkout. If you do not see your country listed as an option, fret not. Write in to us at hello@fossachocolate.com and we will try to work something out for you.
Alternatively, we work with reps across the U.S and Canada to have our products stocked overseas to make shopping fuss-free for our international customers. View the full list of our stockists here.

Unfortunately, at this point we are not able to facilitate shipping to the U.S and Canada. Instead you may place your order on Caputos Market.
Please note that any orders placed through our website for delivery to the U.S or Canada will not be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment.
We are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities and aim to resume international shipping in the near future.

Your order will be carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and intact. We use insulated bags to protect the chocolates and maintain their quality.
