I’m not a fan of dark chocolate, but this 72% smoked chocolate is a perfect harmony of smoke, bitterness and it’s silky smooth! Not your usual dark chocolate that has an acidic tangy aftertaste. Surprisingly good!

From work neighbours to friends, this was a collaboration that was waiting round the riverbend.

Fossa Chocolate has always been a brand to be inspired by less traditional ingredients and techniques in chocolate making together with fellow like-minded brands (and friends) such as SGBrisketKitchen. We first tried Jayce’s juicy, smoked-to-perfection, beef brisket during our first ever Factory Launch Party and the team decided there and then that we needed to create something special together.

Fast forward 4 months later and we’re finally pulling back the curtains to present to you our Smoked Chocolate bar! This is just the beginning and we are excited to bring more interesting concepts to the dessert table!
