Tasting Notes: Refreshing citrus aroma with rich and complex tea flavour
伊勢小青柑 (Ise Green Yuzu Hongcha) crafted by Jikonka is made by fermenting organically grown F4 varietal tea leaves hand-picked in the summer of 2021, and packed into pesticide-free yuzu peel. The yuzu is used when it is still green before fully ripened to capture its refreshing character.
Complemented by the floral Piura Blanco cacao from Peru in a 52% dark milk chocolate, it is a uplifting and refreshing bar to be slowly savoured.
Ingredients: Cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, tea (tea leaves, yuzu peel)
