Store in a cool place for up to 6 months. For spreadable consistency, bring to room temperature (25-30C). Fat separation will happen if stored in warmer environment but you can simply stir the cocoa butter back in. If the cocoa butter forms a thin white layer at the top, simply melt it using any heat source and stir.
