In this chocolate, an 18 years old junmai sake brewed by Terada Honke, a Chiba-based brewery that makes natural, old-school sake using traditional manual methods, is infused into Tanzanian cacao from Kokoa Kamili fermentary.

Made into a 72% dark chocolate, the flavour is complex with notes of preserved plums and warm spices, reminiscent of an elegantly matured sake.
